As those taking off early, we really appreciated the warm greeting and helpfulness of the hotel desk clerk. The spacious room with a view of the town square and comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's prime location near the Frauenkirche and other attractions was convenient for exploring Dresden. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the dining area was spacious.
The staff made us feel like family, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the very center just off the major shopping street. We loved being in Neumarkt square, and it was so convenient to have the parking garage across the square which does not require entering the pedestrian area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional. The service was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We also enjoyed the view from our room of the bustling square below.
That there was some construction nearby, which caused a bit of noise during our stay.

I loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the historical area. The location was fantastic, right on the main square, and surrounded by beautifully restored buildings. It was easy to explore this city's rich history on foot and visit all the major sites. The hotel was clean and had great facilities.

Great location in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the major attractions. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
Limited TV channels available, but not a major issue for us. One of the bathrooms had an insufficient supply of soap, which we had to request for.

I had an really good stay at Townhouse. The location was perfect, right in the main square. The bed in my room was comfortable and the room itself was spacious. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.
